MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
WELP also offers mentorship opportunities for eager students. Depending on students’ specific interests, he or she is placed with a professional to shadow. This professional will provide student with real job training and teaches them leadership and professional skills. Our mentorship program is relatively new, but is a tremendous opportunity for the kids to get involved in hands on research and work experience.
